The sentence that opens the report
The formulation appears repeatedly at the threshold of the longer SES assemblies. Correcting only the ordinary spelling, it calls the Time Crunch both a Series of Dreams and a series of lies made sufficiently true to satisfy generally accepted accounting principles.
Dream, falsehood and audit are joined without requiring them to become synonyms. The dream supplies phenomenality without stable external verification; the lie supplies a story that can govern conduct; accounting supplies the standard by which the story becomes institutionally usable.

A history constructed from recurrence
The report repeatedly starts again because no origin remains uncontested. Host-Contemporaneous screenings precede the public Predictat warning; the SES appears to answer a catastrophe it may have caused; future trauma leaks backward as Proleptic Contamination.
A series of dreams names that form more accurately than a single chronological dream. Each sequence can be experienced as present and then re-entered with a different causal order. The audit does not remove the contradiction; it makes the recurring account sufficient to file.

The accounting threshold of reality
The phrase “sufficiently true” is the administrative centre of the sentence. The MTA does not require an account to restore an unreachable objective chronology. It requires a record stable enough to support the next audit, recollocation or exercise of authority.
Series of Dreams thus belongs beside Things Have Changed as a concise Dylan title converted into a theory of the whole report. One marks the last changeable moment; the other names the plurality of histories that continue after it.
